Exciting developments are underway at the Waterbrook Lifestyle Resort, the newly named community that reflects the serene and elevated lifestyle we are creating in Haynes.
We are currently in the final stages of preparing reports to lodge the Development Approval for the expanded Resort – to embrace and hug the Neerigen Brook which will now flow through the middle of the Resort ask as an important step in shaping the full vision of Waterbrook Resort.
Detailed construction drawings for Stage 1 are now complete, with civil works scheduled to commence in October 2025. This marks a major milestone as we transition from planning to on-the-ground delivery.
Looking ahead, works on our extensive and thoughtfully designed Clubhouse will begin following the completion of Stage 1, creating a vibrant hub for social connection and wellbeing at the heart of the Resort.
