It’s an exciting time for Waterbrook Lifestyle Resort, as we officially move into the next phase of development. After a long-awaited lead up and building on the success of our nearly completed Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort, we’re thrilled to announce that civil works for Stage 1 have now commenced. This marks the beginning of a truly special community that will embody the same quality, lifestyle, and attention to detail our Resorts are known for.
Looking ahead, our Clubhouse is set to become the social and recreational heart of Waterbrook Lifestyle Resort. Construction is scheduled to begin following the completion of Stage 1, bringing Homeowners a modern, beautifully designed space to connect, relax, and enjoy resort style living.
We’re also continuing to plan for the future, with our Development Application (DA) for the resort’s expansion currently being reviewed by the Development Assessment Panel. We anticipate a decision in early 2026, paving the way for the next exciting chapter in Waterbrook’s evolution.
Momentum is building, and with every milestone achieved, Waterbrook Lifestyle Resort moves closer to welcoming its first Homeowners and establishing itself as a vibrant resort community, thoughtfully designed to offer a tranquil yet connected lifestyle.
